Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology, Long Island’s leading provider of diagnostic imaging services, is proud to announce the donation of 3,000 pounds of food to Pronto of Long Island in support of its annual Thanksgiving outreach efforts.
The donation from Zwanger-Pesiri will help Pronto provide hundreds of families with the ingredients they need for a traditional holiday meal. The food drive included nonperishable pantry staples, holiday favorites, and other essential items to support families facing food insecurity during the holiday season due to federal cutbacks and economic stresses.

“We are honored to partner with Pronto once again to help make Thanksgiving a little brighter for our neighbors in need,” said Dr Steven Mendelsohn, CEO of Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology. “Supporting our community is at the heart of our mission, and we are grateful to contribute to this year’s collection.”
Pronto of Long Island, located in Bay Shore, provides emergency food assistance, clothing, and supportive services to families throughout Suffolk County. The organization’s Thanksgiving program is one of its largest annual initiatives, ensuring that vulnerable families can enjoy a warm and meaningful holiday.
Zwanger-Pesiri’s generosity has a tremendous impact and their donation helps reach more families and reminds the community that they are not alone during the holiday season. This year marks another successful collaboration between Zwanger-Pesiri and Pronto, reinforcing Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology’s long-standing commitment to giving back and supporting organizations that uplift local families.
